Job summary

GDT is seeking a Sr. Lifecycle Services Operations Manager to own the EA lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, driving analytics, adoption, and client value.

You will partner with Sales, Renewals, Finance, Cisco, and BI teams to translate business needs into accurate data, scalable workflows, and compelling QBR materials, while leading continuous improvement across the lifecycle. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise agreement, software/subscription lifecycle, or technology services operations.
• Strong experience with EA licensing, renewals, and True Forward/True-up concepts.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• Experience designing trackers, data quality controls, and cross-functional reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the EA lifecycle governance from onboarding to renewal and escalation management.
• Consolidate EA trackers into a single, authoritative workflow with clear ownership and due dates.
• Establish proactive review cadences and track decisions from QBRs and meetings.
• Maintain client-specific EA management plans and adoption activities with cross-functional coordination.
• Document procedures, controls, and handoffs and communicate updates to teams.
• Develop and maintain EA analytics showing license position, usage, and true-forward exposure.
• Prepare client-ready QBR materials and support high-touch QBRs with the account team.
• Coordinate data sourcing with Cisco, BI, and data teams to improve data quality and repeatability.
• Maintain accurate EA records across trackers, CRM, and reporting systems.
• Lead cross-functional improvements and continuous-improvement initiatives.
