Job summary

GDT is seeking a Sr Lifecycle Services Operations Manager to own the EA lifecycle governance, analytics, and continuous improvement across onboarding, adoption, QBRs, renewal visibility, and True Forward/True-up activities. You will partner with Sales, Renewals, and Finance, plus Cisco and other OEMs, to ensure milestones are tracked and acted upon.

Remote-North Carolina-based role with global client impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software or IT services operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs from onboarding through renewal milestones.
• Ability to translate client needs into data requirements, trackers, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve EA lifecycle governance from onboarding to renewal.
• Consolidate trackers into a single authoritative data source with clear ownership.
• Prepare client-ready QBR materials and support high-touch stakeholder meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across lifecycle processes.
