Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Lead Management Specialist to reimagine how BDRs and AEs are equipped with buyer intelligence in real time. You’ll design a standard lifecycle and intelligence model, enabling regional field teams to run local campaigns while maintaining global standards.

You’ll bridge digital engagement and sales, use Cloudflare OS to automate queue management, lead routing, and data governance, reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing and collaborating with Field

Qualifications

7–10 years bridging B2B marketing operations with systems engineering, revenue operations, or MarTech architecture.
Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData.
Strong engineering aptitude with APIs and data flows to automate data pipelines.
Ability to design state logic and complex routing architectures with change management discipline.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end lead lifecycle, routing algorithms, and queue architecture, ensuring 100% of qualified leads and intent signals are processed without delay or data drop.
Monitor lead-flow integrity across platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData), writing automated health checks and alert triggers.
Refactor legacy batch campaign operations into automated, real-time, event-driven routing logic.
Design extensible routing frameworks that give regional field teams local campaign agility while keeping global standards.
