As a hands-on leader, you will drive self-service dashboards, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with ERDM, RevOps, Finance, and IT to enable automation and better decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analytics, data architecture, or BI with 3+ years in leadership.
• Domain experience supporting Inside/Renewal CX or RevOps in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Deep proficiency in data architectures, modeling, SQL and enterprise BI tools.
• Cross-functional communication translating data needs to Finance, IT, RevOps and execs.
• Hybrid 'player-coach' mindset balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the data intelligence strategy and long-term roadmap for Renewal Sales and LCM.
• Govern data standards, definitions, and compliance across renewal data assets.
• Architect scalable data structures transforming lifecycle metrics into BI insights.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the analytics team with career development.
• Deliver complex ad-hoc analyses while building self-service reporting.
• Drive automated self-service dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with ERDM, RevOps, Finance, OM, CX, IT, and executives.
• Own data architecture for Project Aura enabling automation and innovation.
• 90-day plan: discovery, strategy, and initial delivery milestones.
