Job summary

General Datatech, LP seeks a Senior Lifecycle Services Operations Manager to own and optimize EA lifecycle governance, analytics, and client-facing QBR support. You will partner with Sales, Renewals, Finance, and Cisco to ensure accurate data, proactive milestones, and scalable workflows across enterprise agreements.

The role requires 7+ years in related operations, strong data analytics skills, and experience with tools like Power BI, SQL, Smartsheet, and SAP.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Enterprise Agreement, software/subscription lifecycle, or related IT services.
Experience managing cross-functional operational programs from onboarding through adoption, review, and renewal milestones.
Experience analyzing enterprise software or license data and translating findings into client-ready reporting and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the operational framework for client EA lifecycle management from onboarding to renewal milestones.
Consolidate EA trackers into a single authoritative, process-triggering tracker with ownership, milestones, due dates, and escalation paths.
Establish proactive review cadence and record decisions, owners, and due dates; monitor completion and escalate blockers.
Maintain client-specific EA management plans, including CX differences and adoption activities, coordinating with stakeholders.
Document procedures, controls, and handoffs; communicate updates to teams and extended resources.
Develop EA analytics showing license position, usage, adoption activity, and True Forward / True-up exposure.
Prepare client-ready QBR materials linking EA position to value and outcomes.
