Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is hiring a Customer Experience Manager to act as the operational lead for complex client programs. You will coordinate Sales, Courseware Development, Technology, Operations Delivery, and client stakeholders from planning through completion.

Responsibilities include leading upskilling programs, managing delivery for instructor-led and blended offerings, and maintaining strong client relationships. A PMP and ed tech background are preferred for credible client discussions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of project and program management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in ed tech, enterprise learning, or learning operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned client upskilling and reskilling programs from planning through completion.
• Serve as the operational lead for private instructor-led deliveries with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and implement delivery for blended offerings, sequencing components for a cohesive client experience.
• Participate in client meetings to present program design and tradeoffs.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and sponsors.
