Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead assigned client upskilling and reskilling programs. You will coordinate Sales, Courseware Development, Technology, and Operations Delivery, from planning through completion, ensuring cohesive programs across instructor-led, on-demand, and accelerator offerings.

The role requires 4+ years in project management and 2+ years in ed tech or learning operations, with a PMP and familiarity with cloud/AI topics to engage credibly

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project and program management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ed tech, enterprise learning, or learning operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (6 years with Associate Degree).
• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with cloud, AI, data, or programming to speak with client stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead client upskilling and reskilling programs across functions from planning to completion.
• Coordinate Sales, Courseware Development, Technology, Operations Delivery, and client stakeholders.
• Plan delivery for deals combining instructor-led training, on-demand learning, accelerators and other offerings.
• Build trusted relationships with client program owners and sponsors.
• Own program reporting for clients covering progress, engagement, risks, and next steps.
• Drive process improvement and standardization for private instructor-led deliveries.
