Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead the development of scalable learning solutions. You will translate customer priorities into content roadmaps and commercially viable offerings, guiding a team across strategy, development, and market execution.

The role focuses on driving portfolio revenue, leveraging data-driven insights, and aligning content with workforce transformation goals for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading portfolio strategy, content development, or learning-product teams.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs and market signals into scalable learning solutions and roadmaps.
• Experience measuring portfolio performance and guiding growth decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for enterprise learning programs.
• Translate customer challenges and market research into strategy, investments, and content plans.
• Plan scalable learning journeys combining digital learning, live training, assessments, and credentials.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products and learning solutions while meeting quality goals.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals, setting OKRs and development plans.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Delivery to shape solutions and drive revenue.
