Job summary

Pearson seeks a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead scalable learning programs, translate needs into roadmaps, and drive revenue across AI literacy and leadership offerings.

You will guide a team of portfolio and content professionals, partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology and Operations, and shape customer solutions using data-driven insights and market trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing teams in portfolio strategy, content development, curriculum strategy, learning products, or related fields.
• Strong experience translating customer needs and market opportunities into scalable learning solutions and roadmaps.
• 5+ years of people management, leading mid-sized teams and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy, AI-enabled work, leadership development, and workforce transformation programs for enterprise customers.
• Translate customer challenges and market insights into portfolio strategy, investments, and content roadmaps.
• Plan scalable enterprise learning programs and journeys combining digital learning, live training, assessments, credentials, and other experiences to achieve outcomes.
• Lead a team of portfolio and content professionals, setting priorities and development plans.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, and Delivery to shape solutions and drive revenue growth.
• Lead research and analysis on workforce and AI adoption trends to create new opportunities.
