Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing teams in portfolio strategy, content development, curriculum strategy, learning products, enterprise learning, or related fields.
• Strong experience translating customer needs, workforce gaps, and market opportunities into scalable learning solutions.
• Experience evaluating portfolio performance, customer outcomes, market opportunities, and investment priorities.
• Strong experience developing or managing learning portfolios for workforce transformation, AI skilling, leadership development, and/or business transformation needs.
• Proven ability translating market insights and commercial priorities into scalable content strategies and roadmaps.
• 5+ years of people management experience across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success using data, portfolio performance metrics, and revenue analysis to inform prioritization.
• Ownership of portfolio performance and content outcomes across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy, AI-enabled work, leadership development, and workforce transformation programs.
• Translate customer challenges, workforce needs, market research, and revenue priorities into portfolio strategy and content investments.
• Plan scalable learning programs and journeys with digital learning, live training, assessments, credentials, and other experiences.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and learning solutions meeting quality standards and portfolio goals.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals with clear priorities and OKRs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery, and external partners to shape solutions and drive revenue growth.
• Lead research on workforce and AI adoption trends and translate insights into new opportunities.
