Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially minded Portfolio Manager to lead Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training within Enterprise Content and Training. You will own P&L, pricing, and go-to-market decisions, shaping the portfolio roadmap and evidence-based learning experiences for enterprise partners.

You will partner with marketing, sales, and solutioning teams to position the offerings, drive revenue growth, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across the enterprise learning portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product or portfolio management in enterprise learning or B2B education.
• Experience driving revenue, pricing, and P&L outcomes.
• Strong data fluency and storytelling for senior buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial performance and P&L for Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and GTM strategies with finance and sales.
• Coordinate go-to-market plans, segments, personas, and sales enablement.
• Define portfolio roadmap and measure outcomes with analytics.
