Job summary

Farmers Group Inc. seeks an Enterprise Learning and Development Partner to shape the future of our workforce through innovative learning and development strategies.

You will align with Workforce Architects to support talent strategy and develop employees to operate in a high-performance culture. You will design, develop, and implement programs that fulfill organizational development needs, ensuring training effectiveness and delivery of high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of instructional design experience with leadership focus.
• Minimum 5 years in organizational development related to leadership.
• Certification in instructional design and content authoring tools preferred.
• Certification in delivering leadership programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of learning programs.
• Assess needs and measure training effectiveness against success metrics.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to improve performance and outcomes.
• Scale solutions with rapid prototyping and deployment at scale.
• Ingrain learning into the flow of work using collaboration and social sharing.
• Modernize learning with AI, microlearning, and cutting-edge tech.
