Farmers Insurance is seeking a Senior Learning & Development leader to shape the future workforce through innovative programs and strategic alignment with Talent Strategy. You will design, develop, and deliver development experiences that drive skill, behavior, and performance changes across the organization.

As a teammate, you will modernize learning with AI, microlearning, and traditional methods while measuring ROI and driving a high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• Formal instructional design experience with a focus on leadership and management development.
• Experience delivering leadership and professional development programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the effective implementation or ongoing delivery of learning and development solutions and coaches learning leaders.
• Evaluates the quality and impact of learning solutions against established metrics.
• Partners with HR and business leaders to assess needs and improve performance.
• Defines success measurements and promotes cross-functional collaboration.
