Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Learning to lead the company’s enterprise learning strategy and curriculum governance.

You will partner with HR, learning technology, and business leaders to assess capability needs, prioritize investments, and ensure learning solutions drive associate readiness and business performance. The role focuses on scalable, future‑focused learning ecosystems and collaboration across Store Operations and Corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, Talent Development, or related discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise learning initiatives and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise learning strategies to support role proficiency and business performance.
• Lead capability planning, roadmaps, and governance across curriculum and delivery partners.
• Partner with HR,Learning Technology and stakeholders to ensure scalable, outcomes‑driven solutions.
• Assess capability gaps, prioritize investments, and measure learning impact.
