Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks a Learning & Development Manager to spearhead enterprise-wide leadership development, talent management, and capability-building initiatives. You will design scalable programs, lead leadership assessments, and drive succession planning to strengthen the organization’s leadership bench.

The role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and focuses on leveraging learning technologies to fuel growth, with a strong emphasis on impact and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, psychology, business or education.
• Minimum 8 years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR.
• Experience designing leadership assessment frameworks and succession programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise learning and development strategy.
• Create scalable leadership programs and development pathways.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and implement solutions.
• Lead talent review processes and succession planning initiatives.
• Administer and interpret leadership assessments for development.
