Job summary

Crescent seeks a Talent Development & Learning Manager to own enterprise-wide learning strategies, leadership development programs, and LMS governance. You will partner with leaders across sites to assess needs, design curricula, and drive outcomes for hourly, salaried, and partner populations, ensuring robust leadership capability and succession readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive Learning & Development experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and facilitating leadership development programs.
• Experience developing compliance and regulatory training programs.
• Experience administering and managing a Learning Management System.
• Experience conducting organizational needs assessments and skill gap analyses.
• Strong project management experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to design and implement learning strategies across diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead the design, delivery, and refinement of leadership development programs for frontline to director-level staff.
• Own and administer Crescent's Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring content stays current and compliant.
• Partner with leaders to identify development needs and create targeted development plans.
• Support succession planning and talent reviews with bench strength data.
• Provide coaching to leaders on growth and capability-building strategies.
• Create adaptable learning solutions for all employee levels.
