• Experience designing enterprise learning programs and curricula.

Responsibilities

• Own the curriculum and certification for the management system and KPI-driven execution.
• Design onboarding and annual certification programs for strategy and portfolio understanding.
• Lead leadership-development and succession programs; manage IDP processes and development pathways.
• Develop enterprise thinking through case-based learning on pharma scenarios and decision-making.
• Define learning strategy, governance, budgeting, and vendor relationships; build scalable instructional capability.
