Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Learning to lead our enterprise learning strategy, governance, and technology experience across Store Operations and Corporate functions.

You will partner with leaders, HR, and delivery teams to align capability needs with business outcomes and build a scalable learning ecosystem. You will drive curriculum governance, explore AI-enabled learning, and oversee Workday Learning processes to improve associate readiness and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• 5–7+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience building enterprise learning strategies and governance.
• Experience with Workday Learning or similar LMS.
• Experience with learning analytics and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise learning strategies aligned to business goals.
• Lead capability planning with business leaders and executives.
• Define curriculum governance and ownership structures.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure scalable learning solutions.
• Evaluate AI-enabled learning and new technologies.
• Provide learning insights and dashboards to leaders.
