Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Training Manager II to serve as an enterprise learning consultant and program leader across divisions. The role leads discovery, analyzes needs, diagnoses gaps, and designs and facilitates instructor-led learning.

This position is based in Orlando with up to 20% travel, guiding major learning initiatives and mentoring trainers and coordinators. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in education/learning development and 5+ years in L&D, with

Qualifications

Five or more years of relevant experience in learning and development, talent development, organizational development, performance consulting, or related fields.
Experience leading performance consultations and enterprise programs and designing and facilitating instructor-led learning solutions.
Advanced knowledge of adult learning and facilitation practices, and ability to tailor learning for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Leads discovery and needs analysis with cross‑divisional partners, diagnoses performance gaps, and recommends learning or non-learning solutions.
Designs and facilitates instructor-led learning programs and resources for varied audiences and contexts.
Owns major enterprise learning programs, defines scope and milestones, and coordinates resources and risks across initiatives.
