The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Training Manager II serves as an enterprise learning consultant and program leader across all divisions. The role independently leads discovery and needs analysis, diagnoses performance gaps, recommends learning or non-learning solutions, and designs andfacilitatesinstructor-led learning. The Training Manager II owns major initiatives,coachestraining coordinators, department trainers, and leaders, and may direct project team members for assigned work. The position is based in Orlando and may travel up to 20% of the time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced knowledge of adult learning and facilitation practices and the ability to design and deliver learning for varied audiences and complex business needs
Ability to apply performance consulting, instructional design, project leadership, learning evaluation, and change enablement practices independently.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Will be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and operate office machinery. Must be able to lift up to fifteen pounds. Specific work assignments may change without notice. WORKING CONDITIONS:
The majority of work will be performed from a designated remote location that may be climate controlled but may be exposed to inclement weather and varying degrees of temperature when travelling to designated locations connected with the job.
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS:
Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of departmental operating hours.
