Preferred Materials, Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead training initiatives across Florida, with travel to multiple locations. You will design instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs and partner with Operations, Safety, and HR to boost leadership capability and performance.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 4+ years in L&D or related fields, advanced Excel/Power BI, and exceptional presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years in Learning & Development, Training, Facilitation, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and implement effective learning solutions.
• Design and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs.
• Travel across Florida to conduct training sessions and workshops.
• Develop leadership, onboarding, compliance, safety, and professional development programs.
• Manage and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
• Create training metrics, dashboards, and reports using Excel, Power BI, and other tools.
• Partner with leaders to drive development and performance improvement.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve learning experiences.
