Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Specialist to lead enterprise-wide Lean Six Sigma initiatives, mentor cross-functional teams, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across our operations.

You will partner with senior site leaders, guide Hoshin planning, and scale the Kenco Operating System while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, with significant travel (roughly 75%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, engineering or related.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads application of Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and variation across operations.
• Advises senior site leadership to achieve advanced Kenco Operating System maturity targets.
• Oversees value creation initiatives to maximize ROI from continuous improvement.
• Guides Hoshin planning and Lean system implementation across locations.
• Drives change management to adopt new processes and culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentors teams and leaders in applying Lean tools and methodologies.
