Job summary

Kenco Logistics seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer to drive value across customer networks in a co-managed setting with Operational leaders. You will guide lean transformation via the Kenco Operating System (KOS), coordinating with Data Science, BI, IT, and Operations teams to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Logistics Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of applied experience in a distribution setting or 3PL, or a Master’s with 3–5 years.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt required; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train junior Industrial Engineers.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, budgets and staffing needs.
• Lead LMS integration efforts with WCS and WMS; develop best practices and cost-reduction activities.
• Develop reporting and storytelling tools to drive action for stakeholders.
• Align the organization around lean principles and drive lean system adoption.
