Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader to drive the deployment of the Kenco Operating System (KOS) at a Distribution Center. The role includes lean, Six Sigma, training, project management, and financial validation of improvements across the site.

Candidates should have Lean Six Sigma credentials and 6–8 years of relevant experience, with a track record of coaching leaders and delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience with Lean Six Sigma credentials.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process management.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of KOS at the site with minimal supervision.
• Coach leaders on standard work, lean principles, and Six Sigma.
• Develop and execute KOS implementation plans and ROI analyses.
• Present data to internal stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
