Job summary

Kenco is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader to drive the Kenco Operating System (KOS) deployment at our distribution centers. You will lead lean initiatives, coach leaders, and manage data-driven improvements across sites.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma expertise, and ability to mentor teams through change. Travel ~25%; remote work not indicated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 6–8 years of relevant experience
• Lean Six Sigma certifications (Green/Black/Master)
• Proven lean manufacturing experience
• Strong statistical and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of KOS across sites with minimal supervision
• Coach leaders on standard work and quality systems
• Drive data-driven improvements and ROI analyses
• Develop training and mentoring programs for staff
• Coordinate cross-functional improvements and project selection
