Job summary

Kenco Group seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader to drive deployment of the Kenco Operating System (KOS) across distribution sites. You will lead lean initiatives, coach leaders, and manage data-driven improvement projects to achieve operational excellence.

The role requires strong Six Sigma expertise, data analytics, ROI calculations, and the ability to mentor teams across the network. Travel ~25% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt with demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing techniques.
• Technical competencies in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Process Management, ISO, Change Management and advanced statistical techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain the Kenco Operating System (KOS) at the assigned site with general/minimal supervision.
• Coach and mentor leaders on standard work, quality management, Lean, Six Sigma, and project management.
• Calculate financial costs and benefits of process changes; validate results with process owners.
• Present data to internal and external customers.
• Perform process mapping, value stream mapping, and ROI analysis.
