Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader to deploy and sustain the Kenco Operating System (KOS) at our Distribution Center. You will lead cross-functional teams in lean initiatives, process mapping and ROI-driven improvement projects across operations.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of experience, Lean Six Sigma credentials, and strong coaching skills to mentor site leaders and drive measurable performance improvements company-wide.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6–8 years of experience.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt with practical examples.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO, and Change Management.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deploy KOS.

Responsibilities

Support deployment of Kenco Operating System (KOS) at the site.
Coach leaders and associates on standard work, lean, and Six Sigma.
Develop and execute the KOS implementation plan.
Present data and ROI analyses to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction across the network.
