Job summary

Kenco Logistics, LLC is seeking an experienced operations leader to support distribution and fulfillment, and to structure and lead the implementation of Kenco’s Operating System with emphasis on labor management and KPI attainment. The role involves strategic and tactical operational support, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and customer teams.

Ideal candidates will have Lean/Six Sigma experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required or equivalent years of experience.
• 5 - 7 years related experience in a distribution center or transportation environment.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI tools required.
• Strong leadership, training, and change-management abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of distribution and fulfillment activities.
• Lead the implementation of Kenco’s Operating System with emphasis on labor management.
• Provide operational strategic and tactical support as directed.
• Promote safety, quality and continuous improvement through training and audits.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure accurate operational reporting and KPI attainment.
