Job summary

Kenco Group in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader to drive deployment of the Kenco Operating System (KOS) across the distribution network. You will lead Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven improvement initiatives, coach leaders, map value streams and calculate ROI for changes.

Travel up to 25% and collaboration with site leadership are required as you advance operational excellence and mentor teams to attain measurable performance gains across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred; able to provide detailed examples.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the Kenco Operating System (KOS) at an assigned site with guidance.
• Serve as project champion advisor for project selection, definition, prioritization, and completion.
• Coach and mentor leaders on standard work, Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven improvement.
• Develop and execute KOS implementation plans and training at site level.
• Calculate financial costs and benefits of changes and validate results with process owners.
• Present data to internal and external customers; map value streams and ROI analyses.
