Bilt is seeking an Enterprise Operations Manager to partner with housing and retail teams, ensuring launches run on time and CRM workflows stay clean. You will own partner communications and event planning, coordinating across product, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities include managing launch checklists, optimizing CRM data hygiene, and supporting advisory board logistics. This role requires travel up to 50% and a sharp eye for process improvements in a fast-growing org.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a similar operational role.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) including data hygiene and reporting.
• Experience building launch plans and executing multi-stakeholder projects on time.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated partner communication sequences from onboarding to ongoing touchpoints.
• Own CRM hygiene, including partner tags, relationship maps, and health score sync.
• Run end-to-end launch operations: checklists, cross-team coordination, post-launch CSAT.
