Job summary

Bilt is hiring an Account Manager - Rentals to lead onboarding and ongoing engagement with property management partners within the Bilt Alliance network. You will drive onboarding, training, and resident engagement, ensuring successful property launches and ongoing satisfaction.

The role requires 3-5 years in property management or multifamily marketing, strong CRM and training skills, and the ability to travel 25-30% for events and on-site support.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in property management, leasing, or multifamily marketing roles
• Strong understanding of property management systems and leasing operations
• Technical onboarding experience and experience with CRM systems + property management software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in training and content development
• Data-driven problem solving with strong analytical capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new properties, including kickoff calls and post-launch monitoring
• Develop training programs for property management teams on Bilt platform usage and resident engagement
• Oversee onboarding tracker and ensure smooth integration for large-scale launches and individual properties
• Create and deliver training materials; manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of alliance partners
• Support member services escalations for enterprise accounts and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Lead monthly Q&A sessions with property portfolios and maintain stakeholder communications
• Represent site teams at regional conferences and travel for partner visits to strengthen relationships
