Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead the enterprise learning strategy and Center of Excellence. You will partner with HRIS to optimize the LMS, oversee standards and content quality, and drive learning initiatives across the organization.

This role requires 7+ years in L&D, strong design skills, and the ability to leverage AI for learning operations. The position offers a salary range of $125,000–$140,000 with on-site and remote work options in an office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in L&D, ID, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive L&D experience with instructional design.
• Experience building learning strategies, curricula, and programs in a complex org.
• Strong knowledge of learning technologies, analytics and AI tools.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for meetings or events.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop enterprise L&D strategy and annual calendar.
• Build and lead a scalable L&D Center of Excellence aligned to business priorities.
• Lead instructional design and set standards for learning quality.
• Partner with training owners, leaders and HR to identify needs and gaps.
• Leverage AI to support content development and learning operations.
• Collaborate with HRIS on LMS strategy, reporting and platform enhancements.
• Track enterprise L&D budget, outsourcing and contracts.
• Establish metrics for learning impact and adoption.
• Communicate with leadership about learning initiatives.
