Job summary

Imperial Brady seeks a Learning and Development Manager to lead enterprise L&D strategy and the Center of Excellence, partnering with HRIS to optimize the LMS and learner experience. You will guide content governance, instructional design standards, and analytics to drive business impact.

This role requires 7+ years in L&D, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders while occasionally traveling for training events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, HR, Education, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive L&D experience with instructional design
• Experience building learning strategies, curricula and programs in large organizations
• Strong understanding of learning technologies, analytics and AI tools
• Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%) for meetings/training events

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop enterprise L&D strategy, annual learning calendar, governance and partnership model.
• Build and lead a scalable L&D Center of Excellence aligned with business priorities.
• Lead instructional design and establish standards for learning quality and accessibility.
• Partner with HR, leaders and training owners to identify learning needs and gaps.
• Leverage AI to support design, content development and operations.
• Collaborate with HRIS on LMS strategy, learner experience and reporting.
• Track enterprise L&D budget and contracts.
• Ensure visibility to total spend and budget allocation.
• Establish metrics for learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Support leadership communications.
