Panopto seeks a Director, Industry Practice Lead - Corporate Enterprise to serve as a trusted domain authority and growth engine across the enterprise market. You will bridge talent strategy, workforce enablement, and product capability, engaging CIOs, CHROs, and IT leaders to expand pipeline and demonstrate the value of video‑based knowledge management.

You will partner with Account Executives on pre‑sales opportunities, craft industry POVs, and guide field conversations while traveling to key

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, HR, instructional design, or organizational development.
• 8+ years total experience with 3+ years in commercial GTM for enterprise SaaS.
• Strong communication, conference speaking, and executive engagement skills.
• Knowledge of LMS/LXP, HRIS, and integration concepts (SSO, API).

Responsibilities

• Act as Panopto's domain authority and top‑of‑funnel growth engine for the enterprise market.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on pre‑sales opportunities and industry thought leadership.
• Develop domain playbooks, usage frameworks, and industry point‑of‑view content.
• Travel 25%–40% for customer engagements and industry events.
