Panopto is seeking a Director, Industry Practice Lead to drive enterprise growth and act as the domain authority in corporate learning. You will partner with sales and product marketing to shape value messaging, build executive relationships, and influence strategic initiatives across Fortune 500 accounts.

You will lead industry content, advise on adoption strategies, and contribute to a scalable vertical practice that elevates Panopto’s market leadership in video-based learning.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years total; 3+ years commercial GTM in enterprise SaaS; pharma
• Technical & Product Proficiency: Strong understanding of LMS/LXP/HRIS, video infra, API/workflows.
• Communication & Influence: Conference speaking, executive communication, proven stakeholder engagement.
• Domain Knowledge: Corporate learning metrics, knowledge management, procurement dynamics.
• Travel Commitment: Willingness to travel 25%–40% for customer engagements and events.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Panopto as a leading voice at industry conferences and executive roundtables to build top-of-funnel pipeline.
• Partner with Account Executives on high-profile pre-sales opportunities, discuss JTBD, and build buyer confidence.
• Engage enterprise customers to evaluate usage, align with business goals, and prescribe adoption strategies.
• Develop domain playbooks and content to elevate field conversations and guide product messaging.
