Job summary

Feeding America is seeking a Manager, Knowledge Management (KM) to design and implement enterprise-wide processes that capture, develop, deploy and maintain knowledge across the network. You will drive knowledge bases, policies, and training, promoting collaboration among KM roles and ensuring content is findable and valuable.

Under the Director's leadership, you will lead KM projects, apply UX/UI principles to our platforms, and build relationships with subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy or knowledge management.
• Experience in information design or architecture and UX/UI design.
• Experience with user research.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and measurement of KM effectiveness.
• Experience with SharePoint, Viva Engage, Power BI, LMS and Articulate tools strongly preferred.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts on cross-functional or matrix projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for enterprise-wide KM and learning integration strategies across functions.
• Support leadership in KM strategy, including goals, metrics, timelines, budgets and cross-team collaboration.
• Provide project management to KM streams and deliverables within deadlines.
• Apply user-centered design and UX/UI best practices to KM platforms.
• Foster collaboration with subject matter experts and partners on KM processes.
• Provide guidance on taxonomy and information architecture.
• Ensure inclusivity and accessibility in KM offerings.
• Manage resources on the LMS and ensure SOP adherence and content reviews.
• Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Director of KM and Learning Integration.
