Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of project management or related experience (internships/co-ops considered).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in knowledge management, taxonomies, semantic technologies, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects related to knowledge management, taxonomy development, and data management.
• Collaborate with senior project managers and consultants to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, resources, and report on status and risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to facilitate communication and workflow.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, notes, and status reports.
• Support development of client presentations and reports.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project and knowledge management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies.
