Job summary

KellyMitchell Group seeks a Content Strategist Manager to lead enterprise Knowledge Management initiatives, aligning governance, information architecture, and platform adoption across the organization.

The role partners with business stakeholders, IT, and change-management teams to define standards, taxonomy, and content patterns, ensuring scalable, discoverable knowledge products that support AI and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in enterprise knowledge management, content governance, information management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the KM roadmap across governance, tooling, migration, adoption, and sustainment.
• Translate KM strategy into actionable features, backlogs, milestones, requirements, acceptance criteria, and plans.
• Provide direction to SharePoint operations, developers, UX resources, change-management partners, and vendors.
• Define standards for living knowledge, entry points, and controlled documents.
• Establish governance for content ownership, review cycles, metadata, permissions, and archiving.
• Coordinate Bloomfire PoC or implementation, including content prep, governance, testing, and rollout.
• Lead content inventory and triage for retention, migration, or retirement.
• Define information architecture, taxonomy, navigation, templates, and content patterns.
• Ensure content supporting AI has owner, source, audience, and metadata.
• Coordinate SharePoint review automation while technical resources configure.
• Develop KM guidance, training materials, communications, and adoption support.
• Relaunch and sustain KM Champions network with clear roles and escalation.
• Partner with enterprise IT KM to apply standards while fitting business needs.
• Maintain program-level reporting on roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes.
