Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting is seeking a Knowledge Management Manager to lead the US KM function from Boston, guiding strategy, governance and global consistency. You will partner with Solutions leadership to drive capabilities that capture and share the firm’s expertise across sectors and service lines.

In this role you will oversee the US KM team, work with regional and Content teams, and advance AI-powered insights while collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to deliver client impact.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in knowledge management, internal insights, or IP management.
• Proven track record leading teams in global or matrixed organisations.
• Deep knowledge of KM concepts, IP lifecycles, and knowledge dissemination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US KM strategy within the Solutions portfolio and drive global consistency.
• Oversee US KM team and US-aligned Content team; support career progression.
• Drive innovation, automation, and AI-enabled knowledge services across the firm.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to elevate KM value and drive impact.
