Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Knowledge Management Consultant to guide content governance, documentation readiness, training adoption, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. You will partner with technical and business stakeholders to improve documentation quality, repository governance, operational readiness, and organizational knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Strategy, Organizational Enablement, or related consulting roles.
• Experience developing content roadmaps, governance frameworks, and documentation programs.
• Proven experience establishing or supporting Communities of Practice.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate with architects, developers, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Excellent technical writing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise content and knowledge management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge management roadmaps, taxonomy standards, content governance, and content lifecycle processes.
• Revise, launch, and track completion of documentation and content management training programs.
• Drive completion of documentation action plans, runbook migration efforts, and operational readiness activities.
• Assess knowledge repositories and recommend governance, organization, retention, and content management best practices.
• Lead the migration, maintenance, and standardization of operational, disaster recovery, and system documentation.
• Establish and mature Communities of Practice to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Support enterprise knowledge management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
