Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Design and implement a comprehensive enterprise Knowledge Management program to ensure organizational knowledge is well-structured, accessible, and discoverable. The role focuses on leading discovery, migrating content into repositories, and applying information architecture and access controls.

You will evaluate tools like enterprise search and Confluence plug-ins, define KPIs, drive knowledge transfer, and develop a training strategy to promote KM adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong technical acumen to partner with tech teams.
• Excellent technical writing for system docs.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools: Confluence/Jira.
• Experience defining and refining KM KPIs.
• Familiarity with document repositories such as Confluence, SharePoint, and IBM DocuShare.
• Background in regulated industries, preferably financial services.
• Experience leading enterprise KM frameworks or change management.
• Completion of KM documentation aligned with the KM framework.
• Deployment of Confluence plug-ins to support project functionalities.
• Delivery of outputs for assigned KM initiatives and knowledge transfer.

• Lead discovery efforts to inventory existing knowledge assets and identify documentation needs.
• Deploy a knowledge management framework by migrating content into designated repositories, applying defined information architecture and access controls.
• Evaluate and implement tools (e.g., enterprise search, Confluence plug-ins) to enhance knowledge discovery and repository functionality.
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the KM program.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to staff and stakeholders to ensure long‑term sustainability and support of the KM framework.
• Develop and execute a training and communication strategy to promote KM adoption and engagement.
• Drive and support KM-related initiatives across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong technical acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, architects, and support teams.
• Excellent technical writing skills for creating and refining system documentation.
