PAE seeks a Knowledge Manager to advance our learning and knowledge strategy, owning governance, taxonomy, and information architecture to leverage organizational knowledge effectively.

You will partner with L&D, IS, Communications, and project teams to scale our knowledge ecosystem, improve findability, and prepare content for AI-powered search and tools while preserving institutional knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in knowledge management, L&D, or organizational learning.
• Experience building or improving enterprise knowledge platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern knowledge management strategy and taxonomy.
• Own enterprise knowledge platform requirements and adoption.
• Collaborate with IS, Communications, and L&D to align content and learning.
• Leverage analytics to improve findability and content governance.
• Prepare content for AI-enabled search and assistants.
