Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in information technology or related field.
• Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in installation, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution of departmental hardware/software.
• Prepares training materials and trains customers in the use of new or modified systems.
• Provides County-wide support for computing hardware and software in a diverse environment.
• Responds to level II service requests, both remote and locally, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
• Assists with deployment and configuration of new technology equipment.
