Job summary

Pima County is seeking a qualified IT Help Desk Specialist to provide level 1 support across all court locations. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, assist with VPN/remote desktop access, and handle AV support for courtroom and conference rooms.

The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and with team members. Travel to various court sites is expected as part of routine duties.

Qualifications

• Provides level 1 help desk support to all court locations.
• VIP service with prompt escalation for level 2 assistance.
• In-person, telephone, and remote technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.

Responsibilities

• Responds to courtroom and conference room AV requests and issues.
• Installs and supports printers, OS, and standard desktop apps.
• Maintains help desk records and tracks requests to resolution.
• Supports remote staff via VPN and remote desktop connectivity.
• Travels to court sites to provide diagnostic and implementation services.
