Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management is hiring an IT Support Specialist to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment. You will assist with system installation, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training to help mission customers operate information systems effectively.

The role requires diagnosing issues, analyzing trends, maintaining problem-tracking databases, and developing training materials.

Qualifications

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
Experience developing training materials and delivering instruction.
Knowledge of installation, maintenance, backup, recovery, and problem-tracking databases.
Ability to analyze incidents, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Ability to assess user needs and develop business cases.
Knowledge of information security and cybersecurity policies.

Responsibilities

Support planning and delivery of customer IT support services, including installation and training.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues while providing user assistance.
Maintain problem-tracking databases and develop training materials.
Analyze reported incidents, identify recurring issues and trends, and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with information security and cybersecurity policies; support DLA eProcurement systems as needed.
