Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree.
• Demonstrated experience in computer repair, troubleshooting, networking, and IT operations support.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to provide technical assistance to users at all levels.
• Must be proficient in oral and written communications.
• Must be able to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation, maintenance, and reliability of the College’s technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, and business applications.
• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade computer hardware, software, operating systems, and related technology resources.
• Provide technical support and assistance to faculty, staff, and students regarding technology services, equipment, and applications.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and operational processes to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of technology services.
• Develop, maintain, and support automated processes, scripts, workflows, and scheduled tasks to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Generate, maintain, and distribute routine, special, and ad hoc reports, data extracts, and operational metrics to support departmental and institutional decision-making.
• Maintain technology inventories, system logs, operational documentation, and technical procedures.
• Assist with the implementation, testing, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications, technology projects, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Implement and support security controls, user access management, and data protection practices to safeguard institutional information and technology resources.
• Collaborate with College departments, vendors, and technology partners to support operational needs, reporting requirements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of student, employee, financial, and institutional information in accordance with college policies and applicable regulations.
• Prepare routine special and ancillary reports as required.
• Perform other related duties as required.
