Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in telecommunication equipment repair, troubleshooting and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Install, arrange, and maintain telecommunications equipment, cabling and associated hardware.
• Respond promptly to problems or questions regarding telecommunications.
• Test installed telephone systems, troubleshoot phone equipment failures and service issues.
• Test installed video surveillance equipment, troubleshoot equipment failures and service issues.
• Prepare and maintain reports of pending and completed work.
