Qualifications

• Minimum one year of enterprise application administration or ERP support.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner or Colleague is preferred.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of security, backups, and disaster recovery best practices.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the ERP environment, including applications, security, upgrades, testing, and related processes.
• Serve as a technical resource for ERP implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Manage ERP user security, roles, access, and permissions with functional offices.
• Assist with data integrations, reporting, APIs, file transfers, and third-party connections related to ERP.
• Configure, install, monitor, and troubleshoot server software and related environments (Windows, Linux/UNIX, cloud).
• Monitor systems for performance, backups, audit needs, and security concerns.
• Provide training and guidance to end users and staff; maintain technical documentation.
