Job summary

Lcibest in Manassas, VA is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to deliver advanced technical resolution across organization infrastructures. The role focuses on hardware and software troubleshooting, managing core help desk systems, and supporting project deployments.

The position requires US citizenship with a Public Trust clearance, and experience in macOS/Windows, Intune, JAMF, KACE, Ivanti, and AD services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 3–6 years' experience in IT help desk Tier 1 & Tier II.
CompTIA Security+ is required.
Apple Certified IT Professional is preferred.
ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification is preferred.
Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate is preferred.
Public Trust security clearance is required; US citizenship is mandatory.
Security clearances in accordance with security requirements are required for the role.

Responsibilities

Administer and support enterprise-level macOS and Windows operating systems.
Utilize Ivanti, KACE, Microsoft Intune, and JAMF for centralized device control.
Deploy software packages, manage configurations, and automate routine tasks.
Oversee device imaging, automated provisioning, and modern deployment workflows.
Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and RBAC.
Administer MFA protocols to safeguard organizational access.
Maintain and support AWS-integrated identity solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
Lead incident response and coordinate with Service Desk, Network Operations, and Cybersecurity teams.
