Job summary

Indigo IT LLC is seeking an Intermediate Mac Support Engineer to support a distributed macOS environment for CBP End User Device IT Management Services. The role emphasizes enterprise imaging, patching, and security alignment with Jamf Pro.

The candidate will work with Apple Enterprise tooling, Intune, and AD, supporting M365 apps and common Mac workflows in a hybrid infrastructure.Requires active clearance or eligibility and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Current CBP Background Investigation or Top Secret clearance adjudicated within the last 5 years (preferred).
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance (REQUIRED).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field; or 2–4+ years of macOS/Jamf experience with a Jamf 200 or higher certification.
• Experience with Jamf, Microsoft Intune, and Active Directory in enterprise management.

Responsibilities

• Support and administration of a distributed macOS desktop environment in an enterprise setting.
• Manage macOS imaging, patching, certificates, and security configurations with Jamf Pro.
• Provide support for Apple MacBooks and workstations across on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Assist with macOS applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud and M365.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, Windows management, and field support teams.
